Introduced in 2006, the new MAGNUM scrubber quickly became the standard by which other midsized automatic scrubbers are judged. combines our historic cleaning ability with improved agility, and operator productivity. Factory Cats thrive in steel fab shops, truck repair stations, warehouse distribution buildings, foundries or other environments where durability and scrubbing performance is paramount.
The MAGNUM floor scrubber is available with a large 360 amp hour battery package for long run time, and 30-gallon tanks to reduce time lost to draining and refill. Many features made this scrubber a favorite with the maintenance staff, included the tip back tank feature, fully accessible recovery tank, the drain saver basket and top side access to all service items. Since the MAGNUM battery scrubber is meant to go into the most challenging "industrial scrubber" applications, it was designed to survive the rigors of daily use and digesting plenty of waste. After over 20 years of servicing the industrial market, we understand the need to maintain the scrubber's small footprint and maneuverability, while building it durably.
MAGNUM "Disk" floor scrubbers pack more scrubbing power than other machines, and the deck is guarded by heavy duty steel jaws. To offer superior scrubbing on uneven surfaces, the brushes are mounted to the powerful motors with a flexible clutch. This also reduces the wear and tear on the output shaft of the scrub motors and therefore extend their life.
The "Cylindrical" battery scrubbers are selected by those customers looking to sweep and scrub at the same time, thus removing the need to pre-sweep an area first.
To ensure even clean over irregular floors, the scrubbers' brush pressure adjusts automatically via a 500 pound capacity actuator. The deluxe dashboard offers the operator a screen with diagnostics codes and service hour meters for scheduled maintenance on vacuums, scrub and traction systems. The Central Commands’ dashboard also keeps the operator alert to all systems running and the remaining battery charge. Should the scrubbers’ battery pack become too low, the floor scrubber will reduce power to allow the operator to drive back to the charger.
The heavy steel construction, oversized motors, extra thick polyurethane tanks and stainless steel fasteners provide a solid foundation. The MAGNUM has a powerful, sealed transaxle for climbing steep ramps and heavy duty tires to withstand harsh chemicals. The four point stance and oversized wheels allow it to remain stable over rough terrain.

Walk-Behind Industrial Disk Floor Scrubbers
- MAGNUM 26D: A recent trend of Amusement Parks utilizing our 26” disk Floor Scrubber has been a welcome surprise. The high capacity tanks and narrow scrub head allow users to operate remotely for long periods of time, but with a package that fits into more areas.
- MAGNUM 30D: As Truck Repair Centers and engine service specialists are accustomed to heavy duty tools, they’ve found our 30” disk battery scrubber to be a good solution. The compact length permits easy use around the lifts and customer vehicles.
- MAGNUM 34D: Large Home Improvement stores really appreciate the increased productivity of the 34” cleaning path on this automatic scrubber. The heavy duty steel jaws in the front protect against accidents with the steel racking.
Walk-Behind Industrial Cylindrical Floor Scrubbers
- MAGNUM 24C: The majority of the Luxury Automobile dealerships and a growing number of others are installing deluxe flooring in their service areas. Our 24” cylindrical scrubber retains the ability to pass through gaps previously only accessible to smaller commercial machines.
- MAGNUM 27C: Water Bottling facility construction has seen a real boom in recent years, and our 27” scrubber / sweeper has been a favorite. The oversized tanks offer increased “recovery” capacity in the event of a spill, and the ability to eliminate most pre-sweeping saves labor. The 4-point stance offers improved stability over “commercial” 3 wheel units.
- MAGNUM 30C: The best Floor Scrubber for many beer distributors must be able to clean up broken glass and spilled liquids in a single pass. Our 30” cylindrical walk behind scrubber is well suited for this, and offers increased cleaning capacity for more productivity.
- MAGNUM 34C: Cold Storage facilities pose a challenge to Battery Scrubbers like few others. Severely low temperatures impact run time, make scrubbing the floor difficult and limit cleaning solutions available. This 34” cylindrical can offer maximum cleaning per hour, and be equipped with 420 ah oversized batteries. This allows more scrubbing/hour and our high power motors like the reserve energy stored in the optional batteries.

Industrial Battery Floor Sweeper
This walk behind, battery sweeper has been an industry leader for more than a decade. Its sweeping prowess and durability has been proven in many of the worlds’ most challenging floor sweeping environments. You’ll find these sweepers cleaning in mines, metal fabrication facilities, bulk powder packaging, wood mills, and more. The Model 34 sweepers' all steel construction, direct throw sweeping and "baghouse" filter differentiate it from all the plastic (commercial) sweepers on the market.
A compact rider sweeper, but with the performance of sweepers twice its size. The TR is a maneuverable sweeper, with good visibility and priced below other sweepers in the category. Similar to our Model 34 sweeper, this battery sweeper is all steel construction and built to perform in dusty applications. The TR rider sweeper can clean 60,000 square feet / hour, and for over 7 hours on a single charge. The onboard charger is fully automatic and allows customers to recharge the sweeper at any outlet. The TR sweeper is able to sweep up sand, fine powders, leaves, rocks, nails and all into a simple to empty hopper. Both the Model 34 sweeper and this TR rider sweeper are built with a filter that typically lasts the life of the machine, saving customers potentially thousands of parts $$ in the future.
Walk Behind Battery Industrial Auto Scrubber
The new Factory Cat MICROMAG battery scrubber brings durability that was previously only available in our larger platforms. Unlike the many light duty "commercial" or "janitorial" machines, this walk behind scrubber combines a small footprint with heavy duty construction and top shelf components all Made in the USA. The 10 gallon tanks and scrub paths of 17" & 20", the MICROMAG can be configured to meet your scrubbing needs. The Factory Cat MICROMAG automatic scrubber is able to navigate congested areas and is ideal for small metal fabrication facilities and truck service stations.
The Factory Cat MINIMAG industrial scrubber blends a compact floor scrubber with the toughness that is not found on other brands of battery scrubbers. With 17 gallon tanks and scrub paths from 17" up to 26", the MINIMAG can be configured to meet your scrubbing needs. Both disk and cylindrical scrubbing heads are available on the MINIMAG Scrubbers, allowing customers to sweep and scrub in a single pass. Factory Cat uses the same HD scrub motors from the larger MAGNUM scrubber, on this smaller MINIMAG auto scrubber. The Factory Cat walk behind scrubber is able to scrub into congested areas and is ideal for Car Dealerships, congested machine shops, food preparation areas and anyone looking for high performance scrubbing in a compact and affordable package.
Factory Cat’s larger MAGNUM scrubber combines 30 gallon tanks and seven different scrub decks. Available with 24" on the small end up to 34" on the large end, they can be equipped with the popular sweeper/scrubber combination, also known as a scrubber/sweeper. This cylindrical head can conveniently sweep and scrub in a single pass, saving customers the grief of clogged squeegee hoses and reducing the need to pre-sweep. The MAGNUM scrubber, and all Factory Cat scrubbers, have tanks that tip back for easy access to all service items. Accommodating the natural scheduled maintenance on the scrubbers and sweeper/scrubber combos, encourages long life and customer satisfaction.
Rider Battery Industrial Auto Scrubber
For customers who are not willing to accept any compromises with their scrubbers or sweeper/scrubbers. The GTX rider scrubber is effectively smaller than most walk behind scrubbers. While smaller in footprint, the GTX battery scrubber packs in 35 gallon tanks, 6+ hours of run time and scrub paths from 24" to 34". Like all Factory Cat scrubbers, the GTX can be built with the labor saving cylindrical head, for sweeping and scrubbing in a single path. The optional side brooms permit sweeping under racking, along the wall.
Our largest rider scrubber, the XR battery scrubber is designed with 68 gallon tanks, and scrub paths from 34" up to a massive 46". The efficient design allows our scrubber to U-turn in 7’ aisles and be optioned up with 85 gallon stainless tanks and dual side brooms for sweeping up to the edge. The XR rider scrubber, like the smaller GTX scrubber, is built with operator comfort in mind. It offers superior scrubbing performance and like all Factory Cat scrubbers, is built with stainless fasteners, powder coated steel, and all maintenance components are placed for easy access. XR scrubbers are popular with food distribution facilities, companies in the Tech sector, and any industrial or fabrication plants. The scrubber’s large tanks and battery set allow customers to scrub up to 250,000 sq. ft on a single charge. Onboard soap, overhead guards, non-marking tires and remote floor cleaning tools are just a few of the options available.
